Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zippy Tools application ("the App") developed by Cleanbit ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

3. In-App Purchases

Zippy Tools Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

4. Content You Create

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including QR codes, passwords, packing lists, and other outputs. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for how you use and share the content you generate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Specifically:

Generated passwords are produced using cryptographic randomness, but we make no guarantee regarding the security of any system where they are used
QR codes are generated based on your input — we are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of the encoded content
Clothing size conversions and shopping comparisons are provided for reference only and may not reflect exact measurements or prices
Privacy Checker provides general guidance and is not a substitute for professional privacy or legal advice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleanbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cleanbit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
